A Little Blue

A little touch of blue with some brown, one of my favorite combinations. My friend Kallisto Destiny, already a superbly talented photographer has started a boutique line of mesh fashion and I am in love with what she has come up with, this vest is one of my favorite items of her DRIFT line of fashions and I know I will be wearing this a lot, I have paired it here with my favorite trousers from CELOE but I know I will also be wearing it with a pencil skirt in the future. The touch of blue keeps things from becoming too plain and lends itself perfectly to my MANDALA accessories. The EMO-TIONS hair, one of my newer favorites along with my MON TISSUE openwork wedges which I wish I had in my RL closet! Love this outfit, and I am going to have a hard time taking it off!

Vintage Fair 2012 Bombshell

Are you excited about the opening of Vintage Fair 2012 yet? I sure hope so, there are so many incredible things that I can't share enough! Check out this sexy look from Zibska and Vanity Hair! The leopard print high-waist swimsuit from Zibska was perfect to pair with my Vanity Hair appropriately called "Bombshell", both were created for Vintage Fair. This is a fun look, with a pretty red lipstick and matching nails, my N-Core shoes, I am a 60's beach blanket bingo starlet waiting for her close-up! Artilleri is also taking part and this great sun-lounger and the sunglasses are both available at the Fair and the main Artilleri store. Ok, I am going back to enjoying my time on the beach and sipping my lemonade while I look all 60's fabulous! Now go, get to the Vintage Fair and enjoy!!

SoliDea FoliEs for Vintage Fair 2012

I am so excited by everything at this years Vintage Fair, the designers have all done a wonderful job creating some great items for the event, and  Mila Tatham of SoliDea FoliEs has gone above and beyond in creating some absolutely breathtaking dresses for the event! The dress I am showing you is one of my new favorites and I just love wearing this dress, The sheer bodice, cap sleeves, belt and hat are all wonderful details that add to the vintage appeal of this dress. everything you need to complete this outfit comes with it down to the gloves, all I had to add was some jewelry and shoes! I choose Vanity Hair to complete my look and headed over to a great vintage sim to shoot this, if you have not visited the 1920's Berlin Project you should right after you go shopping at Vintage Fair 2012!

Vintage Fair Hamptons Girl

I bet you thought everything I was going to show you from the Vintage Fair would be black or white based on my previous posts, but there is color there and I am not immune to it! Just wait, there is so much more to come but right now have a look at Kungler's cuteness called the Loulou dress, you should add to your shopping list. Check out the most adorable hair by Vanity Hair called "The Hamptons" the color change headband I am in love with, I can have any color I want! I have to say a huge thank you for Tabata for making my Vintage hair dreams come true! I love this 60/70's feel and look of this outfit and Plato at Percent had just the setting for me, the new 70's Retro Skybox made for Vintage Fair and the Karl chair that is a great vintage piece of furniture and has some great reading and drinking poses in it, you can check it out at Vintage Fair so you can not only dress the part, you can live it!

Vintage Fair Elegance

If you thought I was done with Vintage Fair 2012 you are mistaking! There is SO MUCH GREATNESS!!! I could go on and will go on and on! This post brings you another Molichino dress called "Jaci" and OMG! I am so in love with this dress! It comes in an array of colors and I chose the color snow because it just screamed elegant. So far this has to be one of my favorite dresses in my inventory, It's a beautiful mesh dress with a lace overlay and so breathtaking. Eclectica is also at Vintage Fair and you must check them out for some great Vintage pieces to add to your jewelry box. I also can not say enough about Vanity Hair for Vintage Fair, this is the first of three that I will show you and I am in love with all three! The hair is called Cohimbra and it will be one of my new go to updos. If you haven't had a chance to pop into Slink and check out the glitter peeptoe shoes, you really should, they are to die for. A Vintage Fair 2012 Femme Fatale

The Vintage Fair 2012 previews are rolling in and I was thrilled to grab this Molichino dress called "Jules" the moment I saw it. The 20's inspired dress is mesh with flexi ruffles and move beautifully when you do, it comes in a range of deep rich colors and is so feminine I hated to take it off. I added to this dress Ingenue's Gatsby shoes which are available in their store and at the Vintage Fair and I really liked they have the feel of that Gatsby era without being to clunky. The necklace and earrings are a beautiful set in platinum by Axiom called Harlequin created for Vintage Fair and it's lovely and intricate a set I know I will wear often. I love doing my photography and Cheerno's Femme Fatale pose set for Vintage Fair had me very excited, some really great poses that are unique. Don't forget to mark your calendars for the Vintage Fair opening on August 4th! You will really want to be there!

Vintage Fair Rocks the 80's

Vintage Fair 2012 opens on August 3rd and if you were thinking only Victorian to 50's type fashion you would be mistaking, there are some pretty awesome fashions that date up to the 80's and this outfit by Lush is one that is a lot of fun! An homage to Pat Benatar the outfit consists of a earrings, zebra fur top, red belt and black leather pants that make the look very much an 80's girl rocker, but still could work for a great party in the present. I added Emo-tions Anna hair in black to stay in keeping with the Benatar feel and I love the Izzie's 80's round nails that come with a hud for all those fun 80's colors! Fishnets and red stilettos from N-Core, Mandala's zebra fur bangles and a black heart necklace from Ryca and I am ready to rock it!
